Air Force Seeks Community Representatives For Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR) Restoration Advisory Board (RAB)
The Air Force is seeking volunteers to serve as a community representative on the Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR) Restoration Advisory Board (RAB). Those that either live or work in the local area are encouraged to apply.
The UTTR RAB is a committee consisting of government and community representatives who advise the Air Force on community concerns regarding environmental investigation and cleanup activities conducted by the Air Force.
The Air Force is looking for more community participation on the board. While a scientific background is helpful, it is not a requirement to be a RAB member. All that is required is a desire to serve the community. New members will be selected from among the applicants by existing RAB members. Community RAB members serve voluntarily, without compensation, for a two-year term.
If you are interested in applying for the position, applications are available:
- Online at www.hill.af.mil/RAB-application
- By request, by calling Carly Siddoway, the UTTR RAB Coordinator, at 801.775.6760
Applications must be submitted or postmarked by March 17, 2025. For more information about the cleanup activities at the UTTR or the West Desert, please call Kendahl Johnson at 801.777.2284.
