Tooele Triathlon
The Tooele Tri is a Kids and Sprint Triathlon held each year as part of our week-long 4th of July celebration. This annual event was started in 2013 and very quickly became a favorite tradition!

Tooele City is excited to announce the 9th annual Tooele Tri as part of our 4th of July festivities. The Kids Triathlon will be held Friday, June 24, 2022 at 6 p.m. and the Sprint Triathlon will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 6:30 a.m. Both triathlons begin at the Aquatic Center Park (55 North 200 West, Tooele, Utah).
You can register online until June 20, 2022 by 3:00 p.m. REGISTER before May 30, 2022 June 5, 2022 (shirt deadline extended!) to receive a race shirt! Space is Limited! Register Now!

Tooele City is excited to offer triathlon clinics for anyone who is interested in participating in the 9th Annual Tooele Tri or would like to learn more about how to participate in triathlons. The clinics will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at the Aquatic Center Park Pavilion #1 (260 W. Vine St., Tooele). There will be a Kids Triathlon Training for those ages 6-12 at 6:00 p.m. and a Sprint Triathlon Training beginning at 7:00 p.m. There is no pre-registration required and the event is free.
The clinics will cover transitions, pacing, preparations, and more! Clinic will also cover the Tooele Tri information, instructions, and route. These clinics will cover topics that are beneficial to triathletes of all abilities. These clinics are recommended for anyone interested in participating in triathlons, anyone new to the sport, and those registered to participate in the Tooele Tri.
We are excited to have instruction from Sarah Garcia for the clinics. She is passionate about teaching everyone to swim and is a great asset to anyone training for a triathlon. We are also excited to have Tooele Valley Bicycle as part of the clinic. Aaron Spilker will share his experiences participating in triathlons. They will be there to answer questions and give pointers for the biking portion of the race. Tooele Valley will be doing a quick check of kids bikes at the clinic to make sure that their bikes are ready for the race. Kids are invited to bring their bikes to the clinic.

The Kids Triathlon will be held Friday, June 24, 2016 at 6 p.m. and the Sprint Triathlon will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at 7 a.m. Both triathlons begin at the Aquatic Center Park (55 North 200 West, Tooele, Utah).You can register in person until May 4, 2016.
