Compass Point Groundbreaking October 2024
Mayor Winn, City staff, and members of the City Council had the opportunity to attend the groundbreaking for the new Compass Point development with Perry Homes and Perry Commercial on October 10, 2024. This is a new master planned community that will be located at approximately 3100 North on the west side of SR36. Kroger representatives were in attendance to officially announce that Smith's Marketplace is coming to Tooele! This new development will include a commercial base with Smith's Marketplace as an anchor at 2400 North, and will be a great asset to our community! We congratulate and welcome them to our City!
