Virtual Link for Public Hearings Regarding Truth In Taxation | Tentative Budget and Property Tax Impact Schedule Available for Public Review
Tooele City and the North Tooele Special Service District Tentative Budgets for FY27 and the Property Tax Impact Schedules are now available for public review. These documents provide an overview of the City’s and District's planned spending, revenues, and proposed tax impacts for the coming fiscal year.
Residents are encouraged to review Tooele City's Tentative Budget and the Property Tax Impact Schedule at tooelecity.gov/budget.
For the Truth in Taxation Public Hearings, the public may make oral comments by participating either in-person at Tooele City Hall or electronically via Microsoft Teams.
You may have to download the Teams App.After clicking on the link below, you may be instructed to download the app. Once on the Sign In page, you can join as a guest if you don't have a Microsoft account by selecting "Join meeting with an ID" and enter the meeting ID and password below:

You will not be able to unmute/turn on your microphone when you first join the meeting. This is intentional. If you would like to make a comment during the public hearings, please click on the hand icon button "Raise". When it is your turn to speak, the meeting organizer will allow you to unmute your microphone. You can then turn on your microphone and make your comment. Comments will be taken in the order that they are received.
Comments will be limited to no more than three (3) minutes per person.
