Tooele City invites you to come and listen to the State of the City Address, which will be presented by Tooele City Mayor Debbie Winn at the Tooele City Council Meeting on September 17, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. This event will take place at Tooele City Hall (90 North Main Street, Tooele) in the Council Chambers.
