Audits & Budgets

Tooele City operates on a fiscal budget year from July 1st to June 30th.

Each year, Tooele City hires an external auditor to conduct an independent audit. The auditor issues a Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.

Below are the budgets and audit reports by year.


For the Truth in Taxation Public Hearings, the public may make oral comments by participating either in-person at Tooele City Hall or electronically via Microsoft Teams.

You will not be able to unmute/turn on your microphone when you first join the meeting.  This is intentional.  If you would like to make a comment during the public hearings, please click on the hand icon button "Raise".  When it is your turn to speak, the meeting organizer will allow you to unmute your microphone.  You can then turn on your microphone and make your comment.  Comments will be taken in the order that they are received.

Comments will be limited to no more than three (3) minutes per person.
