Notice of Water and Sewer Fee Increase
Beginning with your June 1, 2025 utility bill, Tooele City will implement updated water and sewer rates. This is the second annual adjustment based on an external rate study adopted in April 2024, which recommended gradual increases over five years due to rising operational costs and the need for critical infrastructure improvements.
We understand that rate increases can be challenging. Please know this decision was made with careful consideration to maintain the efficiency and reliability of your water and wastewater services. Revenue from these rate changes will be utilized for the repair and replacement of aging infrastructure, ensuring long-term sustainability of essential services.
