Holiday Office Closures & Garbage Schedule Changes

Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas from Tooele City. We wish you a safe and happy holiday season.

City offices will close at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 24, for Christmas Eve and will be closed all day on Thursday, December 25, for Christmas Day, and Friday, December 26. Garbage will not be collected on Christmas Day. Trash pickup services will be delayed by one day beginning with the holiday.

City offices will also close at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 31, for New Year’s Eve and will be closed all day on Thursday, January 1, 2026, for New Year’s Day. Garbage will not be collected on New Year’s Day. Trash pickup services will be delayed by one day beginning with the holiday.
